There’s no need to sign up! You’re automatically enrolled based on your visit history. We evaluate your tier monthly and send out exclusive loyalty offers on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month.

You’ll receive updates via email. You can also call the spa directly or email us at yorkville@damaraspatoronto.com to check your current tier.

Yes. Your rewards and tier are based on a rolling 6-month window. For example, if you reached 5-Star status in January with 10 visits, but don’t return after, your tier will expire at the end of June. To maintain your level, continue visiting regularly.

Rewards are non-transferable, but we do offer a referral bonus when you bring in friends or family — ask us for details!

You can achieve one tier per evaluation cycle (monthly). Your tier may rise or fall depending on your visit frequency in the past 6 months.

Most rewards (e.g. free services) are best redeemed Monday to Thursday, but we understand life is busy — we’re happy to accommodate when possible. Please note:

• Rewards cannot be combined with other offers
• RMT services are excluded from redemptions
• Services must be booked in advance

Yes — your tier is recalculated each month based on your past 6 months of visits. A drop in visits may lower your tier, but you can climb back up by returning more often.

Your tier and perks are refreshed monthly, and 5-Star members receive exclusive new offers by email on the 15th of each month.
